Incredibile service, knowledge and attention to the client needs by Dr Nish! He explained in details the procedure (nose filler) and made me feel comfortable and listened. I was so pleased, I immediately referred him to two of my friends, who also later on had a great experience (lip filler)! Definitely recommend! Thank you Dr Nish

FAQS about Anti-Wrinkle Treatment

Answer

Anti-wrinkle injections are made of Botulinum toxin (botox), which blocks the signals that cause the targeted muscles to contract. Our Aesthetic expert, Dr Nish Shah, carefully selects the injection sites according to your needs, ensuring the muscles which are causing the development of lines and wrinkles are ‘frozen’, which in turn stops the deepening of existing lines and restores a smoother complexion.

Answer

Wrinkles develop differently in each person, but the most common treatment areas are:

  • The forehead/brow (horizonal forehead lines)
  • Between the eyes (frown lines, also known as ‘11s’)
  • The sides of the eyes (crows’ feet)

Answer

Botox is effective for 3-4 months in most clients, requiring touch-up treatments to maintain results. Over time, Botox’s weakening effect on the targeted muscle ‘retrains’ it to contract with less force, meaning that treatment results can last for 6 months instead of 3-4.

Answer

We use ultra-thin needles so there is no pain associated with the treatment, but if you are concerned about discomfort, we can apply a topical numbing cream to the skin before beginning treatment.

Answer

Results take a few days to show, and will continue to improve for around 14 days, at which point optimal results will be visible.

Answer

You should not have anti-wrinkle treatment if:

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • The injection site is infected
  • You are allergic to Botox
  • You have a neuromuscular disorder such as myasthenia gravis

If we have any other concerns, we will discuss any possible side effects and contraindications during your detailed consultation.
